Automation

EDM and automation as well as individual system solutions are exeron's main pillars. This portfolio is completed by automated systems which let occur a new production cell by the integration of additional periphery of several machines. As the structur of individual machines and controls is open, a machine automation, e. g. by electrodes- or palette changing systems is no problem. Also the connection of several machines by industry robots, the connection of this devices to a job-management, to measure dates or CAD systems, ameliorate the flexibility and machine efficiency, which can also grow with the operating tasks at the customer.

Two examples of current automation formats are the Exo-cell 100/8 as complete solution and the AWEX 100/5 as automation of individual machines. The Exo-cell 100/8 is a  completely automated EDM cell. It consists of two die-sinking EDMs exeron 312 and exeron 313 and a FANUC industry robot which provides both machines with electrodes and palettes up to 70 kg. The most inexpensive automation for a machine is named AWEX 100/5. Four palettes and 100 electrodes make a EDM to a eroding cell and extend machine working periods and therefore its competitiveness.
